Elemental Nature Massage
This is a personalized massage experience based on the Aveda Elemental Nature philosophy and includes your favorite Aveda massage aromas. Depending on your needs, a variety of massage techniques will be utilized. The Elemental Nature Massage is offered in three time frames:

Deep Tissue Massage
This massage releases chronic muscle tension through deep, direct massage pressure.

Rejuvenation Rosemary Mint Body Wrap
Experience a 60 minute body massage with a 30 minute hydrotherm, body exfoliation with body elixir and a hot Rosemary Mint moisture body wrap. An incredible experience!

Aromatic Energy Massage
A combination of massage to bring relaxation and/or pain relief to the muscles and tissue of the body, energy work to bring balance to the energy pathways of the body and specific Aveda essential oils for their aromatic impact and therapeutic benefits on all level. This is a nurturing and peaceful experience for the mind and spirit.

Aromatic Hot Stone Massage
The ultimate in relaxation and much-needed stress relief. Stones are heated, used for the massage itself and are also placed (along with gem stones) over the chakras and energy points of the body. Thermal conduction by the heat from the stones creates a deeper state of relaxation on both the muscles and tissue as well as the systems of the body. Cold stones are used over inflamed and/or painful areas. The stones also gently exfoliate the skin. Emotionally, the end result can be profoundly relaxing, grounding and balancing.

Seated Shoulder, Neck and head Massage
You remain fully clothed while our therapist works to relieve tension in your shoulders, neck and head.
